I think noplace, however it is easy. Just create a *.zip file from the whole bunch. On Zope you install the ZipFolder Product. Then you add a Zipfolder and point to your Zipfile when you are asked which file to upload. In the Zipfolder you have to rename your index.html to index_html voilà Robert Mathew Yeates wrote:
