Well, this may just be 'any help'. But A couple of months ago the FreePM.org site would do the same thing. It did not seem to be traffic dependent, maintenance ... etc. Finally my host (http://www.michaelchaney.com thank you for supporting opensource) changed out the memory in the machine. He tried in the memory in a different machine & it worked fine.
