[Zope] Python Install (NT)

I'm trying to determine how the python installation works. The Web Server I use is Oreilly's Website Pro. Python is included with website and installs to a direcory that you choose during setup. So this is one instance of Python to serve Web Site on port 80. Zope has it's own python installation A second instance of Zope has another python. Do the multiple python installations work together? I could only find one Python Service entry for Zope, although two instances are running.
