This error is almost certainly occurring because you didn't specify a valid IP address for a DNS server in start.py.
I realize that this traceback is a pretty crummy way of letting you know this information ;-)
I'm looking at ways of making this warning better, and/or making ZServer work better without having access to a DNS server.
