[Zope] Does anyone know of Training for Plone/CMF/Zope?

Would you all be so kind as to recommend some training options that are available for Plone/CMF/Zope. We are particularly interested in using Plone/CMF and developing e-commerce capabilities that would integrate into Plone/CMF. We are located in Saint Petersburg, FL. A scenario that could work is for a consultant to come and join us for a project as lead architect/developer. We would include additional time for training/knowledge transfer. Thanks Jet
