Usually, Zope does not see the ssl cert at all -- only Apache.
But then it asks me to authenticate again and there are more certs to be accepted. ????
I cannot follow you. I fear you need to be very careful with the term "cert". A login (either basic HTTP or a form based login) is not a "cert". -- Dieter
