      Hi all that you have problems with diacriticals in ZMI.

Here are set of files that I was change. All<head> sections was replaced by

<head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
charset=windows-1250"><meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="cs">

Take look at

(empty now, waiting for review, so be patient)

here are all changed files.
