[Zope] Generic workflow

As I saw during the last days there is a big interest for generic workflow. There is an open source project called wftk: Open-source workflow toolkit (http://www.vivtek.com/wftk). Currently it's Tcl/C based with XML as description language. Maybe we could pull together our resources and finish it on a Zope/Python platform.
