[Zope] zope:Japanese characters

Hello I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm trying to use ZOPE to maintain a Japanese site. I'm currently using a SONY VAIO with a japanese windows 2000 OS. I have an English version of ZOPE installed and running. I can type and cut/paste Japanese characters with no problem. However if I revist the same page all the Japanese character come out like this: <p><b>クオリテック株</b><br> 〒116-0013 東京都 <br> 荒川区西日暮里 2-19-4 <br> たちばなビル８階 <br> Is there something I can do to get Japanese characters to render correctly in ZOPE?
