[Zope] No User Sources or Login Methods in LoginManager

      Hi all,

When I attempt to add a LoginManager object it has no User Sources or
Login Methods to select from. The lists are blank. Does anyone know what
this means and how I can fix it? I followed what documentation I could
find and checked mailing lists, but was unable to find anything about
it.

I have the following versions:
    LoginManager 0.8.6 (source)
    ZPatterns 0.3.0 (binary)
    Zope 2.3.0 (binary release, python 1.5.2, linux2-x86)
