[Zope] standard_error_message not being used on 404's ???

Hello, For some reason, it seems that my "standard_error_message" is not being used on 404 errors !? It get s used by Zope when internal errors occur, such as problems with Python scripting or something, but not on 404's ... Is this normal ? How do I alter the messages for 404's ?
