Yes, there is a native postgres DA. It even has been released for Zope X3.0. See http://zope.org/Products/Zope3-Packages LocalFS does not exist for Zope X3 yet, but for what do you need it? BTW, it would be fairly straight-forward to implement LocalFS for Zope 3.
