I think it may be time to revisit the issue of splitting the main zope@zope.org list.
Proposed sub-lists:
zope-install (compiling, installing zope, apache issues, etc.)
zope-announce (zope and product announcements, including commercial services, moderated)
zope-bugs (zope bugs, what else did you expect?)
