We're using mozilla with CookieCrumbler and it works just fine. We've had no problems.
Which OS and which version? I tried Mozilla 1.1 on a Win* Machine, where it works, only my 1.0.0 build here on Linux doesn't work and also a 1.3 self compiled version had this problem.
