The simplest solution is to use an External Method inside Zope that starts your jpython files via os.system(), popen() or anything similiar. I think someone was working on some stuff to glue get JPython stuff running together with CPython (through JNI) - but I can't remember a reference (check the archives of the Python mailing list).
