Do yourself a favor, if you're on a RedHat compatible system, just head over to Jeff Rush's website, and grab the Zope RPMs... http://starship.python.net/crew/jrush/Zope/ Just grab the Zope-2.0.1-5.i386.rpm and either the Zope-zserver-2.0.1-5.i386.rpm or Zope-pcgi-2.0.1-5.i386.rpm and install them the standard RPM way. I wouldn't even have touched Zope with a ten-foot cattleprod, if not for those RPMs, and they made my installation a total of 10 minutes (of course, figuring out configs, and pcgi took a bit longer). This might shave some of the daunting complexity from your tutorial - by the way, good form, and thanks for that. Harry
