[Zope] Basket 0.1 ("New Zope Packaging Regime Product") Released

Basket is a Zope 2 product which allows you to employ the Python Egg format to deploy other Zope 2 products. The Python Egg packaging format is described at http://peak.telecommunity.com/DevCenter/ setuptools . The development of Basket was funded by the "Goldegg" initiative described at http://www.goldeggstack.org . Basket forms the basis for a suggestion of how Zope 2 Products should be packaged "by default" starting in Zope 2.10, so it's likely interesting for existing Product developers.
