Here's what happenes from me. You can see from the getSource on PGM140_API that the procedure exists within called select_targets. I can't get anything to recognize it. Help?

Did you try
conn.callproc('ADDARTICLE',['dfdsf']) ?
As far as I know Oracle stores the object names in upper case in the data dictionary.

Hi,
I am using DCOracle Ver 1.3.1 1b1. Connected to Oracle Ver 8.1.6.
When I execute this :
conn.callproc('addarticle',['dfdsf'])
I get the following Error : __getattr__ raise error, 'no usable procedure named '+name oci.error: no usable procedure named addarticle
How ever if I do this :
conn.getSource('ADDARTICLE')
It returns the source code.
In short I need to run my stored procedures from python. They are all ready and waiting to be used. Some one help me :-)
Regards, Ronnie ronnie_sengupta@jasubhai.com
