What is is, and do I need to keep it if I want to ftp them back in?
It's a weak protection for when two people grab a copy of a wiki page, edit it, then post their conflicting changed pages. When the second person posts, Zope will notice that their Wiki-Safetybelt doesn't match the timestamp of the page, warn them that it has changed, and refuse their update. Removing the Safetybelt will eliminate this check, IIRC, and should work fine. Cheers, Evan @ digicool & 4-am
