[Zope] pcgi-wrapper process on NT

Hi all, I sucessfully use zope as pcgi on IIS4.0. I tested my site, and I saw in the WinNT TaskManager that I have one or two pcgi-wrapper.exe process running responding to the hits. But If my site receives a LOT of hits, I see on the WinNT TaskManager around 20 pcgi-wrapper and they dont disappear!! Resulting on no longer I be able to access my site. Anyone had this problem?
