The windows installer is linked to on the front page for the mozilla project. If you can't find it still look at http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla0.9.1/mozilla-win32-0.9.1... Took about 20 seconds to find that link. As far as the other stuff I can't really say how well it works since I have no windows boxes and won't have any and detest the graphical email clients. Jeez, their community stuff isn't as friendly or easy to get into as Zope's :-S
