yes, of course there is a problem!
if [hello] gets <a href="#refhello">hello</a>
why does .. [hello] get  <a name="hello">[hello]</a>  ????
So clicking the link "hello" will never jump to the position named
"hello",
because it wants to jump to "refhello".
That's the problem.
It's not a problem, it is a bug. Please file a collector issue.
