how about a weekly mini-newsletter for product updates? Maybe it is helpful for tracking recent developments on products you have in use.
I use the RSS/RDF feature of the Zope site to keep track of what is going on. IMO this is the future of the web. Power users won't receive newsletters, if there is a Newsfeed available.
