[Zope] Updating Squishdot

Hello! Hope anyone can tell me how I can update a Squishdot 0.3.2 (!) Site to 1.0.0 or 1.3.0 . If I follow the steps for updating described at http://www.squishdot.org/Documentation/upgrades.html then I would need to update... from 0.3.2 to 0.4.0 then from 0.4.0 to 0.4.1 then from 0.4.1 (directly) to 0.7.x then finaly from 0.7.x to 1.0.0. I would need the Version 0.4.0, 0.4.1, 0.7.x from Squisdot, don't I? But they no more on that Site! Could you please help me out? Thanx in advance Tran Huy Nguyen
