[Zope] Help tab

I happened to see this in one of the How-To's (http://www.zope.org/Documentation/How-To/AdvancedDTML) "One way to find out about the services available to you through DTML is to consult the Help tab in the management interface. " ...and which help tab would that be, exactly? ^_^ I know there's a "helpsys" folder inside lib/python, but I've never actually seen anything labeled "Help" in the interface.
