On RH 7.x python 1.5.x is the binary "python" python 2.1.3 installs as "python2.1" and python 2.2 installs as "python2"
I guess on RH 8.0 python 2.1.3 will still be "python2.1", python 2.2 will be "python", "python 2.2" and "python2" :-0
Is python 2.1.x installed with RH8.0? I would guess that there is only one python installed by default. To have a zope (and some others) dedicated python2.1 version would require a bit of RPM fiddling manually. Am I wrong? By the way, is there a simple what of getting them to coexist?
