[Zope] unquote_plus NOT working in an EM ?

Hello, Anybody know why if I have: from urllib import urlopen, urlencode, unquote_plus and then something like: print unquote_plus(innerlist[1]) the string WILL NOT come out unquoted for some reason? When I run a test from the CLI, no problem, but when inside an External Method, nothing happens!
