This could prove helpful. By using the ZopeDA for Sybase there may be a slim chance we can connect directly to MS SQL Server from Linux / Unix, at least some versions . . . "Linux can connect to Sybase SQL Server. What's more, it can also connect to Microsoft SQL Server.
