[Zope] newbie : Anonymous with Manage Properties

hello, again a newbie question : I make a Page Template and give on it Manage Properties right for Anonymous. but when using method has_permission('Manage Properties', here) it answer None for Anonymous and 1 for other user Auth and Manager. Why the Security option seem does not works for Anonymous ? Thanks, Cyrille
