Ok, I can reproduce it now, we're looking into it.
Some possible clues; just now I restarted a Zope 2.1.2 installation, and then had to press the shutdown button about 4 times until it would actually completely shut down. Looks like there's a definite case of multiple instances of Zope running.. Regards, Martijn
