start.bat is all you need. It will leave a dos-box open, but that's fine. It will show you some (occasionally) useful output from Zope.

Once you have run it, take your handy web browser (NutScrape, or Internet Exploiter, or what have you) and point it to http://127.0.0.1:8080/ Or, if you want to enter the management screens: http://127.0.0.1:8080/manage
