[Zope] ZPT Equivilent of <dtml-var standard_html_header>

Hi. I'm diving into ZPT today, and and can't seem to figure out this seemingly simple thing. In a Zope Page Template document, what is the ZPT equivilent of <dtml-var standard_html_header> This: <p> <span tal:replace="here/standard_html_header"> standard_html_header </span> </p> works, but spits out only raw html instead of rendered html.
