i have been trying to pass an url in a query-string to a method, like this : my.zopesite.com/function?qs="url to be sent" - which works ok
the problem is that when i tell the function to render the url, it intreprets it is a string. If my function looks like this :

I believe what you're trying to do is this: <dtml-var "_[qs]"> This will do a namespace lookup on the value of qs. So, if qs is an id that is available in the namespace, this will render that object. Kevin
