Yes, I do have third party products installed. Amongst them I had "Kebsdata" - had as I removed it due to it being the cause of my problem. Now I'm back to looking for a solution to my original problem.

when upgrading to zope-2.4 and you have KebasData instance in the expored zexp, you'll need to reset the instance first, before exporting i have updated KebasData to help in moving to zope-2.4 but have yet to update my Members page. i'll do soon. thanks and sorry for all troubles
