Is Zope buggy, producing HTML like this?
This is entirely our (Zope.org website maintainers) fault. Zope.org in it's current state has somewhat "evolved" over time as people had some spare time to apply fixes in between jobs, which shows in the, ahem, dare I say "quality" of the produced HTML.
