If you wish to copy Zope objects around take a look at ZSyncer, its built exactly for that http://www.zope.org/Members/andym/ZSyncer. For copying files between file systems we use a source control system such as cvs or perforce. Hi to another BC zopista! Hi, We have Zope running on a RedHat box at a different site. I am building a dev box that I would like to recreate the same senario as on the production machine, which I would prefer not to take offline (but could if necessary).
What is the best method of replicating to the 2nd machine (what files to copy, etc)?
Once changes are tested etc, can I just reverse the process to move it back?
