After John_Doe knows his way around Zope well enough I am going to let him take over a branch of our website e.g. /clinics/pathology/ Move "John_Doe" up enough such that everything, he should take over, is below that point. Then give him a local role (of manager or whatever) in each folder, he should be able to manage.
