These messages don't signify an error condition, they're only informational. To get rid of them, go to each script in the management interface, make a simple nonintrusive change (add a space somewhere, maybe), and save it. That said, they'll run even if you don't do this.

As a counter-case; I had a bunch of these and they would _not_ run until they were recompiled. Most annoying. There's a magic method that does a find-and-apply to all python scripts automatically, can't remember what it's called off the top of my head. Sigh. They are *supposed* to not need to be recompiled. If they need to be recompiled before they'll run, I believe this is a bug.
