hi! i need help in domain names. server1 hosts our domain name using port 80 - dn.com:80 server1 proxy passes to server2 and server3 using port 8080. the problem is server2 and server3 have domain names to act as server names right? when i use the domain names it resolves to port 80. so i have to explicitly state: "proxypass server2:8080/folder" and "proxypass server3:8080/folder" is there a way that i can avoid this? i want people to be able to visit server2 and server3 using their server/domain name without apache. is siteroot the solution? how do i use siteroots? i tried once and it locked me out. :) currently here is our setup: internet | server1 (apache) / \ / \ / \ server2 server3 (zeo client) (zeo client) \ / \ / \ / server4 (zeo server) Fritz Mesedilla Systems Administrator Summit Interactive, Inc.
