To avoid double trouble, I'm announcing herewith that I'm building an Adabas (http://www.sag.de -OR- http://www.softwareag.uk) database adaptor for Zope; no great stuff, to be honest: some minor changes to the ODBC adaptor plus some not-so-minor changes to the date&time handling; most of it has already been done, I'm currently cleaning things up. The 'final pre-alpha' thing will be available Really Soon Now(TM) at the Zope Database Adaptors' Page. If there's other work on the same topic being done right now, I'd like to hear from you...
