Ah, obviously an enlightened soul.
Don't leave me alone I want to Zope with you :)
There is no need for a specific FreeBSD distribution. Once you've installed Python (if you have the ports collection installed, you can find it at /usr/ports/lang/python) download the Zope source archive, extract it, enter it's directory and type 'python wo_pcgi.py'. That's all there is to it! Mike. -- Mike Pelletier email: mike@digicool.com Mild mannered software developer ICQ: 7127228 by day, super villain by night. phone: 519-884-2434

Python in "ports" is broken - you need to compile parser module. After python you need gcc on your computer to compile Zope...

I've got a perfectly fine version of Zope running on -current (as of about a week ago.) I won't vouch for 3.x FreeBSD versions. The python port is **not** broken in -current. YMMV. -scooter -- Scott Michel |"Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to | hate. Hate leads to using Windows NT UCLA Computer Science | for mission-critical applications."
