Version 1.1.0 of ExtFile/ExtImage product has just been released. You can download it from: http://www.zope.org/Members/MacGregor/ExtFile ExtFile works like Zope Image and File objects but stores the file data externally in the filesystem and keeps only meta data in the Zope Database. Besides many internal changes and fixes the two most important new features are: - The structure of the repository directory can be customized. This allows you to structure it analog to the ZODB or slice the files into subdirectories depending on the filename/object id. - The format of the filenames in the repository can be customized. This allows you to add such things as a username or the relative url of the object to the name of its external file. Cheers, MacGregor
