Absolutely! There are two How-Tos on the Zope site for setting it up. Immortality Systems uses Zope and Roxen toegther ( http://www.immortalitysystems.net ) as does the Linux in Boise Club ( http://www.libc.org ). You will need to patch Roxen to get it to work fully, as there is a bug in it, if you want Zope to pass rxml tags to Roxen for additional processing.
