ZFriday is a small toy, developed as Zope Product and can be useful to bane MS Internet Explorer to stop it monopoly, exactly like friday_mod for Apache. :]
Once you've added an object instance (e.g. "zfriday"), you can simply add somewhere into standard_html_footer a tag:
<dtml-var zfriday>
And users, who uses MSIE all the time will see a Mozilla banner or page "Page unavailable today for MSIE Users" if "Friday" and "13" and will be asked to download Mozilla or Opera or Netscape. ;-) No offence intended, but I think it's rude to involve users in the browsers' war. I guess it's enough to let them know what advantages and disadvantages each browser has and not forcing them to choose one browser. After all, everybody is free of doing what he wants.

You can't either download Netscape, Opera, K-Meleon, ..., or Mozilla. By the way, it's the same thing with linux. Instead of IE, they include Konqueror, so you've to download other browser too and nobody complains. Finally, what do you win when you say a user that he's using the wrong browser. I guess he'll get mad and perhaps won't come anymore to your webpage. After all it's not his fault that you don't like Microsoft.

That's completely wrong. Linux does not include Konqueror. Konqueror is a Feature of KDE. I don't think that Konqueror is distributed with Gnome... bye, sven
Linux is just a kernel. A distro is the one that decides that other crap to install along with the kernel.... you can download mozilla (which is the best out there, no matter how bloated it is) just like you can on windows... probably since you are so new to installing a linux based system, you didnt notice that you can choose not to install it... ignorance is bliss i guess... next time read up on what you are talking about before running your mouth... (Josef) wish people would start using GNU/Linux to refer to linux systems, as most of the software that makes up "linux" is GNU based and they should at least get recognized for their hard work.
