If you use windows, you have to use "Web Folders" to do that, it uses the WebDAV protocol. It is said to work fine, but as I don't use windows I can't help more. bye, Jerome Alet
There is 2 commercial products that allows mapping WebDAV folder to Network drive WebIFS (http://www.webifs.com/) and TeamDrive (http://www.teamstream.com/product.htm) you can even map WebDAV folder to local drive name to use it with older Windows and DOS applications. for Linux and UN*X you can use the free Kiwi Filesystem (http://kiwi.stanford.edu/) or davfs (http://sourceforge.net/projects/dav) to mount WebDAV folders. by mounting WebDAV folders you can use standard administration and development tools to manage Zope applications. Hi All, Sending mail with attached files from Zope database works fine, but if I try to send pdf document from LocalFS e-mail gets sent - everything looks fine, BUT when I open attachment in Acrobat Reader it complains 'it is not PDF file'. This is what I am using <dtml-sendmail mailhost="MailHost"> From: vidb@fanweb.ca To: vidb@fanweb.ca Date: <dtml-var ZopeTime fmt="rfc822"> Subject: Testmessage <dtml-mime type="text/plain" encode="7bit"> testmessage textbody <dtml-boundary type="application/pdf" disposition="attachment" encode="base64" filename="testfile.pdf"><dtml-with locimg><dtml-var "_['June2001.pdf']."></dtml-with></dtml-mime> </dtml-sendmail> I will be thankful for any hints. Sorry if the dot brought some confusion to the code, I was trying different things and didn't deleted it before I copied the code to the e-mail. Vid --- Flynt <rhess@bic.ch> wrote:
