In case that you can't access the manage interface and you are double clicking on start.bat, don't do that because the dos window will disapear as soon as an error occurs. You have to go to the start menu, choose run, type cmd, then go to the folder where start.bat is and execute it. Finally copy the exception that apears in the dos window. Regards, Josef
