There was a thread about ProxyRequests and the problem you get, if you enable them in httpd.conf (ProxyRequests On). In fact, a server can be used as a public Proxy server, if you enable this. I think, if this is really true, it is bad, that it is suggested in at least 2 Howto's on Zope.org:
