you've probably running zope as a service, stop that first and then retry your start.bat

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to upgrade from an older release of zope to ZOPE 2.5.0. The installation was successful; i try to run start.bat manualy in a dos box. After running the batch file, a dos window pops up and disappears again.

Can you please tell me what to do or what I'm doing wrong?
