portal_skins has all the page templates. Choose one from the properties list "custom, zpt_topic, zpt_calendar, zpt_content, zpt_generic, zpt_control, topic, calendar, content, generic, control, Images" and send to custom folder. There are also different portal types. I know I need to start in "portal_skins". But after I customize the first page and click on "news", the design changes totally.
