I have posted a modification to Zope at the url below, which add wide string support to ZPublisher, property pages, and property sheets. http://www.zope.org/Members/htrd/wstring At the moment it is a little limited (supporting only utf-8 and latin-1) but it is extensible, and sufficient as a proof of concept.
